Tenancy agreement, deposit, certificates and landlord registration, all reviewed by us.
The tenancy carries on. We introduce ourselves, and your tenant knows exactly who to call.
Example: If your property rents for £1,000 per month, the management fee is £60 including VAT. £50 is our fee and £10 is VAT.
The 6% rate applies for as long as your existing tenancy continues. When a new tenancy starts, our Fully Managed rate applies: 10% including VAT, plus £200 including VAT per new tenancy.
When we say 6%, we mean 6%. VAT is already included.

Rent collection, repairs, inspections and compliance.
As with any managed property, safety certificates and contractor work are charged separately.
Your tenant doesn't need to move or sign anything new. The tenancy agreement stays exactly as it is.
We write to your tenant to introduce ourselves, confirm the new rent payment details and show them how to report a repair online. From then on, they have one clear point of contact and a 24-hour emergency helpline.
Same home. Same tenancy. Less on your plate.
Managing a tenancy takes more time every year, and it's normal to reach the point where you'd rather hand it over. From the first day, you get our full management service: regular photographic inspections signed off by your tenant, a compliance diary that tracks every renewal, and a team that has been managing rented property since 1999.
