Ideal for vacant properties, new purchases, or landlords who want the full process handled from day one. Our standard Fully Managed rate applies throughout the tenancy and any future renewals.

7% of monthly rent / No setup fee / £250 cashback / VAT included

A smoother move for landlords who are currently with another agent and want to switch to Infiniti. Ideal if you feel your current service could be more proactive, more responsive, or simply a better fit. £250 cashback is payable after 90 days of management. The introductory rate applies while the existing tenancy remains in place, before reverting to our standard Fully Managed rate.

6% of monthly rent / No setup fee / VAT included

Ongoing management for landlords who already have a tenant in place and want to hand over the day-to-day running of the tenancy. Perfect for self-managing landlords or owners of tenanted property who want professional management without a full re-let. The introductory rate applies while the existing tenant remains in place, before reverting to our standard Fully Managed rate.
