These terms cover your use of infinitiproperties.com. By using the site you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.

3. Our services
We let and manage residential property across Glasgow and nearby areas. Using this website doesn’t create an agreement with us. If you become a landlord or tenant with us, you’ll sign a separate agreement, and that agreement governs the service.
4. Prices and valuations
The fees on this site include VAT unless we say otherwise. Our instant valuation gives an estimate of rent, based on the details you enter and the market at the time. It isn’t a guarantee of what a property will let for. We’ll confirm a rent figure once we’ve seen the property.
5. Property listings
We work hard to keep listings accurate, but rents, availability and details can change without notice. Photos, floor plans and descriptions are a guide, not part of any contract. Please check anything important with us before you apply.
6. Using the website
Please use the site lawfully. Don’t try to disrupt it, get round its security, or send us false information through its forms.
7. Other websites
We aren’t responsible for websites we link to, including their content, availability or how they use your information.
8. Our liability
We can’t promise the site will always be available or free of errors, and we aren’t liable for losses caused by relying on it, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law says it can’t be limited, for example for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your legal rights as a consumer aren’t affected.
9. Copyright
The text, photos, logos and branding on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please ask us in writing before you reuse any of it.
10. Your information

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll post the changes here and change the date at the top.
12. Scots law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts deal with any dispute about them.
