Why Woodlands appeals

Woodlands sits on the city side of the West End, between Charing Cross, St George’s Cross and Kelvingrove Park. Woodlands Road runs through the middle with its bars, cafés and small shops, and the streets around it are lined with Victorian sandstone tenements and terraces.

It is one of the best-connected parts of the West End. St George’s Cross Subway station is a few minutes’ walk from most streets, and the Subway reaches Buchanan Street in the city centre in 3 minutes and Hillhead, for Byres Road, in 4. Kelvingrove Park is on the doorstep, so you get green space and city life in the same short walk.
